You will play a key role in creating cutting-edge power electronics solutions, with responsibilities spanning hardware design, simulations, and firmware integration. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and layout of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for power inverters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize board design for performance and manufacturability
  • Conduct circuit simulations to validate hardware designs
  • Analyze electrical performance and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Develop a solid understanding of control systems and firmware related to power inverter functionality
  • Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
  • Perform hardware testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues
  • Support product validation and ensure adherence to quality standards
Place: Varese, Italy (Hybrid)Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
  • Proven experience in hardware design, particularly in power electronics and inverter design
  • Expertise in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink)
  • Strong knowledge of power electronic components (e.g., MOSFETs, IGBTs, and drivers)
  • Familiarity with control systems and basic firmware principles
  • Ability to interpret and create electrical schematics
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
