Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your Role:We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for lens manufacturing equipment and facilities.Main Responsibilities:

Develops and updates preventive maintenance and shutdown plans for equipment and facilities.
Creates and manages Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work orders with materials, tools, labor, and safety details.

Coordinates maintenance activities with production and engineering teams.
Tracks downtime and analyze trends to improve reliability.
Maintains accurate asset records and documentation in CMMS.
Manages spare parts inventory and coordinate purchasing.
Plans and supports equipment shutdowns, installations, and upgrades.
Ensures compliance with cleanroom, safety, and quality standards.
Supports root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Communicates maintenance schedules and updates clearly to all teams.

A Portrait of a Perfect Candidate

With more than 3years in maintenance planning or scheduling, ideally in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.

Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, or automated equipment.
Proficient in CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Fiix) for work orders and equipment history.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (maintenance, production, engineering,

procurement).

Familiarity with optical or precision manufacturing equipment (lens polishers, coaters, blockers) is a plus.
Understanding of spare parts management and inventory control.
Knowledge of cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards (ISO 13485) preferred.
Skilled in data analysis for equipment performance and maintenance trends.
