department.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the policy on customer service quality and improving vehicle quality across customer
brands, the Vehicle diagnostic coordinator:
- Is responsible for qualitative feedback from CIRs (Country Incident Report) from countries, monitors such feedback and passes information back to the countries. the preferred contact for countries with regard to handling their feedback.
- Manages the rapid provision by brand aftersales networks of robust aftersales solutions for problems encountered on vehicles by customers
- Also contributes, by his/her actions, to improving vehicle quality and warranty cost control across all the brands
- Manages how topics in progress are monitored and feeds information on progress back to those involved in the country/region concerned either through existing information systems or regular meetings
- Follow issue treatment with engineering departments and quality plant
- Produce Technical Service Bulletins for distribution in the network when a solution is provided by plants or design department, solutions are accepted in the name of After Sales department
- Ensure this information is diffused within the defined time
- Update the case database via technical assistance
- Provide technical feedback on topics in progress covered by CIRs (Country Incident Report)
- Leadtime to provide Bulletins from Product Solution availability
- The Vehicle or Component Coordinator must have Automotive background
- Theoretical knowledge of automotive technology, knowledge of Diagnostic Tool usage, knowledge of wiring diagrams. And technical documentation.
- Ability to summarize, author and communicate verbally.
- Sensitive to customer service and costs.
- Organizational ability and ability to coordinate a cross-disciplinary team.
- An educator, good verbal and written communication, open-minded, good interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and a self-starter to manage his/her time and priorities
