- Oversee and drive sales activities, enhance client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand the company's global presence.
- Manage sales teams, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining robust distribution channels, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
- Proven 5+ experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
- Relevant B2B sales experience with technology products, especially video surveillance, security solutions, or related fields.
- Experience with working in international markets and managing global partnerships is desirable.
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
- Proficiency in English.
- Native French / Spanish / German / Italian.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings, events, and partner collaborations.
- The role is offered under a consultancy agreement.
