Then welcome to the team!About the role:In your new role as Software Test Engineer you will be part of a team with high focus on high quality product delivery, contributing via functional, performance and compatibility validation. You will be responsible for the automatization of recurring activities and optimize our quality assurance processes. Analyzing and solving challenging problems will also be a part of your work.Your Responsibilities:
  • In your everyday work you have a diverse range of tasks with lots of space for development
  • Make the current product quality visible by using different test approaches, tools, test techniques and test environments
  • Gain good product and context knowledge, take care of acceptance criteria definition and clarity and discover gaps in the requirements
  • Act as an open-minded thinker who challenges assumptions and decisions and gives constructive feedback to the development team and the product owner
  • Certify functional and other quality related requirements are met
Your Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent overall knowledge
  • 2 years working in software quality
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Frontend and Backend testing techniques (e.g. CI/CD by Azure Devops) and automation tools in functional (e.g. Playwright) and non-functional testing (e.g. Postman); basic knowledge of quality management (e.g. Azure Devops test management)
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. Javascript, Typescript), knowledge of relational databases, e.g. Microsoft SQL Server and knowledge of working with repositories, e.g. GIT
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
