- Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our customers.
- Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support
- Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferible or BiotechTechnical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory
- Experience in technical service at least 5 years
- Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian
- Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well
