It is offered on a permanent, full-time contract.You will be responsible for producing creative material generated for the Village and ensure that all material produced is 'on Brand', sophisticated and consistent with the look and feel of current Village marketing material.This role requires a creative professional who can seamlessly integrate AI technologies-such as generative design, image synthesis, and automation-into the design process to elevate visual storytelling and brand impact.What you will be doingThe key responsibilities of this role will include the followingMaterials Design and Creative
Act as Brand 'protector', designing all creative produced for the Marketing team prior to submitting material to the Content Manager and Central Creative team for approval
Lead and manage the design requests, ensuring that the design is aligned with the requirements of the stakeholders and with the Company guidelines
Take central design templates for each season and apply to the Village's regular print run materials, e.g. Village Directory etc.
Design and produce artwork for all external communications (press and outdoor advertising, paid media advertising both offline and online, leaflets, website, newsletter, special offers, folders…).
Support the production of marketing, media, hospitality, international, B2B, B2C, retail marketing and VM materials to support the initiatives in the Village
Ensure that all material is branded/reviewed and made consistent in design
Prepare brand presentations as required
Ensure all work is delivered within the agreed deadlines, budget and with high quality
AI and new technology
Stay ahead of design trends and emerging AI technologies to continuously elevate the Village's visual identity
Mentor colleagues within the Village team and foster a culture of experimentation and innovation
Administration
Manage the design workflow process to manage design jobs efficiently through the department, working closely with the Creative Team
Report to Content Manager to ensure clear communications on deadlines and priorities
Ensure all creative is stored in the network filing system for future reference
Work closely with the Marketing Team to maintain archive for Village materials
Events
Design for key events/promotional campaigns (non-templated work) that tie in with the Group Marketing Services Calendar where unique for the Village
Ensure that all VIP/Events material is branded/reviewed and made consistent
About youWe are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
Experience in a busy design studio environment working to tight deadlines
Advanced knowledge and experience in the following areas:
o Graphic production for printed materialso Deep knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesigno Digital graphic production and knowledge of HTML language and Dreamweavero Video editing and ability to use After Effects, Adobe Premiereo Use of AI tools and ability to use e.g., Adobe Firefly, Copilot, ChatGPT, Geminio Supplier coordination and material managemento Knowledge of alternative tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, CapCut)
Advanced knowledge of art working and setting up design for print
Demonstrable experience of creating targeted and sophisticated campaign designs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well with all levels across the business
Ability to produce work with high quality and meet multiple deadlines
Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
Italian mother tongue and fluent in English, any other European language would be beneficial
