- Strategic Project Leadership: Independently lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex marketing projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with high-profile clients, acting as a strategic partner and primary point of contact.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay constantly updated on market trends and competitive landscapes within the FMCG sector, delivering valuable insights to inform client strategies.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and consistently high-quality outputs.
- Client Service Excellence: Ensure all client needs are addressed proactively, efficiently, and with a focus on innovation and value, maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international agencies, with proven expertise in managing FMCG clients.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and hands-on experience with major advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Programmatic DSPs, Sponsored Ads.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders using the appropriate tone and strategic approach.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage projects autonomously and proactively.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build positive working relationships.
