- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Italian market of CX Data Solutions.
- Develop and close complex negotiations by engaging directly with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Create long-term strategic partnerships with major Italian and international clients
- Collaborate closely with delivery, consulting, and data science teams to build customized, high-value solutions.
- Actively participate in industry events and contribute to growing brand visibility.
- Leading one of the most innovative business units of the Covisian Group.
- Working on high-impact, real-world projects : from reporting automation with GenAI to predictive supply chain management.
- Collaborate with professionals with great seniority in data scientists , AI engineers, and digital transformation consultants.
- Dynamic environment, C-level visibility, and great growth prospects.
- At least 5 years of experience in consultative sales of complex solutions (e.g., AI, analytics, digital transformation, cloud, CX platforms).
- Proven track record in managing and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Activated portfolio of clients in Italy and solid network of C-level contacts .
- Experience with multi-channel sales and in international markets (Italy, Spain, LATAM, United States).
- Entrepreneurial attitude, results orientation and strategic-operational approach.
- Aptitude for working in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Familiarity with the main Business Intelligence and analytics tools:
- Tableau , Power BI , Qlik Sense , Board , SAP Analytics Cloud
- Databricks , Snowflake , Azure Synapse , Google BigQuery
- Knowledge of key data architecture concepts (Data Lake, Data Mesh, ETL/ELT pipelines).
- Understanding the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in business.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulations such as GDPR is a plus.
- Native Italian speaker or equivalent.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
