- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key national accounts
- Analyze customer’s business needs and identify opportunities to increase volume and profitability
- Design and implement strategic account plans
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure sustainable margins
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-volume solutions
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape
- University degree/diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as Account Executive within UPS
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of core business processes
- In-depth knowledge of company services and competitive offerings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented
- Proactive, ambitious, confident, and quick learner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and availability for frequent travel across Italy
- Full-time permanent contract
