- Own and continuously refine the product vision, scope, and roadmap for the communication platform as a key enabler in the broader ecosystem.
- Translate strategic goals, customer needs, and operational constraints into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Understand user and customer journeys across communication touchpoints and identify opportunities to improve campaign distribution, activation, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in an agile environment.
- Align the platform’s evolution with the broader strategy, especially in relation to CMS, reporting, and multi-touchpoint campaign orchestration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from product management, engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a shared understanding of priorities and business value.
- Support the discovery and validation of new product capabilities through customer conversations, observations, usage insights, and structured feedback.
- Help define KPI-driven product decisions with a clear focus on adoption, activation quality, time-to-market, delivery reliability, and business impact.
- Ensure that product decisions respect data protection, security, and healthcare-specific constraints.
- Contribute to rollout readiness by supporting cross-functional coordination for launches, changes, and adoption.
- Use your technical understanding to challenge solution design, assess feasibility with engineering, and support sound prioritization across platform capabilities, integrations, and operational constraints.
- A degree in business, information technology, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field, or relevant professional experience in product management and/or software development.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or comparable role in digital products or software platforms.
- A strong technical foundation, with the ability to understand platform architectures, APIs, integrations, system dependencies, and technical trade-offs well enough to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong experience in agile product development and backlog management, ideally with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to structure complex topics, balance strategic and operational needs, and make clear prioritization decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including software engineering, UX, commercial teams, and other business stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of platform products, system integrations, or distribution-oriented digital solutions.
- Confidence in discussing technical concepts with developers and translating technical complexity into product decisions, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive product decisions from feedback, metrics, and business context.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Fluent English skills required; Italian preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in digital health, regulated software environments, communication solutions, or healthcare workflows is an advantage.
