- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging leads, and managing accounts.
- Promote and sell products through presentations, demos, training, and industry events.
- Provide technical solutions, oversee project implementation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners, monitor sales activity, and exceed growth targets.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, or irrigation, with at least 3+ years in sales or business development.
- Established relationships with growers, irrigation equipment distributors, greenhouse builders, and industry consultants.
- Proven track record of selling to global key accounts and managing complex proposals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of agronomy, soil morphology, and plant physiology is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Irrigation, Biology, Plant Physiology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Additional sales training or certifications would be an advantage.
