- You will be responsible for management and execution new business sales strategy directly with end-user prospects
- Manage local execution of EMEA wide initiatives for each strategic program or market segment initiative
- Ownership of strategic relationships with key prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Develop and grow trusted relationships with end-users
- Promote and position Symantec and Carbon Black cybersecurity
- Communicate the broader technology capabilities of the company to the customer, with emphasis beyond just security
- Support key partnerships to drive new commercial opportunities
- Drive ongoing sales development to ensure continued adoption of our security offerings
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity sales, managing customer relationships, sales processes and/or teams within the IT industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Ability to engage effectively with end-users across different verticals and roles
- A solid understanding of business needs and sales drivers in enterprise environments
- Fluency in English and Italian
