- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, or equivalent), Business Administration / Management or Supply Chain Management
- Previous experience in the fashion industry and in a similar role is mandatory
- Advanced capability in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of fashion product lifecycle (design → development → industrialization → production → distribution)
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-project environments with interdependencies
- Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Solid financial acumen (budgeting, cost tracking, business case evaluation)
- Experience with KPI frameworks and performance dashboards (including RAG reporting)
- Familiarity with PLM systems and ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Stealth, Centric)
- Strong risk management and mitigation planning capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management at executive level
- Ability to translate creative and commercial inputs into feasible industrial plans
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English. Italian and French are mandatory
