- Collaborate with the team to analyze business requirements and contribute to designing suitable ML-based solutions;
- Develop and fine-tune models through reproducible experiments, taking ownership of your assigned features from data preparation to evaluation, with guidance from senior team members;
- Contribute to building ML solutions by applying and learning the team's software engineering quality standards and data engineering best practices;
- Proactively research and suggest new tools, libraries, and techniques to improve the team's workflow and model performance;
- Effectively manage assigned tasks and project components, proactively communicating progress, challenges, and dependencies to ensure alignment;
- Participate in monitoring and analyzing the performance of models in production.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience (including significant internships, thesis, or university projects) up to 2 years in a similar role;
- Good Knowledge of programming languages including advanced Python patterns;
- Familiarity with git-based workflows;
- Interest in MLOps practices and a desire to learn them;
- Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain your work and findings to the technical team;
- Languages: both Italian and English;
