- Lead the end-to-end coordination of core HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation review, talent development) across the Generali Investments platform
- Monitor process adherence and quality across GBEs, identifying areas for improvement and harmonization
- Redesign and optimize HR processes to align with the capabilities and best practices enabled by Workday
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of redesigned processes into the Workday platform
- Act as a subject matter expert on process simplification, automation, and digital enablement
- Serve as the primary interface between the GIH Center of Expertise and local HR teams to ensure smooth execution of the HR cycle
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and change management initiatives to support local adoption of global HR processes
- Collect feedback from GBEs to inform continuous improvement and customization of HR solutions
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedback
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, transformation, or process design roles, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment
- Proven experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
- Experience in asset management or financial services HR environments is a plus
- Familiarity with HR operating models, including CoE, HRBP, and Shared Services structures
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Fluency in English; Italian or other European languages are a plus
