UX & SERVICE DESIGNER INTERSHIPCRIF is a Global Company specializing in credit bureau and commercial information, outsourcing and processing services, and credit solutions, and all digital solutions for business development and open bankingAbout the job:Through our internship program, you will be part of our Design Team, assisting it across a mix of UX/UI, Service and Visual domains to ideate and design innovative an customer-centric experiences. You will manage specific tasks and deliverables, contributing individually and supporting teams on client-facing and internal projects, working on holistic design solutions, from early-stage idea generation until detailed design outputRole description and main responsibilities:As a UX & Service Designer Intership you will support the design director and other designers on:
  • Plan and conduct
, ethnographic interviews and competitor analysis * Create user stories,
, customer journey maps through user research and data * Moderate Design Thinking workshops and Co-Design activities
  • Produce compelling design deliverables (i.e. research output, customer journey maps, service blueprint, storyboards, video, etc.) to conceptualize ideas and information and accurately convey to client and colleagues
  • Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes using specialist tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Skecth, ecc.
  • Design graphic UI elements, mockups and interactions (e.g. menus, tabs, buttons, etc.)
  • Create original visual and graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, lay-outs, templates, infographics, etc.)
  • Design aesthetics and create the design systems to be implemented within website, apps and digital solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other designers, product managers, business analysts and developers
Required Skills:
  • Education in the field of design
  • Experience on UX/UI and Service Design, skills on graphic and visual Design will be a big plus
  • Confident with wireframe & prototype, fluency with Figma
  • Customer oriented, curious about technologies and how to leverage them to improve the user experiences
  • Positive team player with a willingness to listen and learn
  • Passionate about all areas of design
  • Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)
