  • Digital Sales Team (DTC)
The Digital Sales team leverages data to drive business decisions and enhance performance across digital and wholesale channels. Interns support sell-in preparation, analyze key performance indicators, and contribute to marketing and sales strategies. This role offers exposure to both digital commerce and wholesale operations.
  • Strategic Accounts Team (Lifestyle)
This team focuses on managing and growing relationships with key lifestyle accounts. Interns provide analytical support, performance reporting, and insights that inform sales strategies. The role is ideal for those interested in data-driven decision-making and strategic partnerships.
  • Specialist Accounts Team (Sports)
Specialist Accounts manages multispecialty sports retailers and focuses on B2B relationships. Interns gain hands-on experience in showroom preparation, order management, and market analysis. The role provides a deep understanding of brand positioning and wholesale operations in the sports segment.
  • Retail Operations Team
The Retail Operations team supports store management and operational excellence across the retail channel. Interns assist in executing channel strategies and collaborate with the Retail Back Office on daily tasks.   • Learning side-by-side with your mentor and the wider sales team, you'll dive into real business challenges and contribute to meaningful projects. Your journey will include:
  • Strategic analysis & reporting: assist in gathering and analyzing sales data, conducting market and competitor research, and helping prepare reports that support decision-making.
  • Client & partner engagement: Contribute to account planning processes, help prepare presentations and observe how we build strong relationships with key partners and digital marketplaces.
  • Merchandising & product knowledge: Learn about our product ranges and support the creation of assortments and seasonal segmentation overviews.
  • Operational excellence: support day-to-day coordination tasks such as managing product data, assisting with orderbook tracking, or helping with store and digital operations-depending on your team's focus.
  • Project & Initiative support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on specific projects, helping with planning, follow-up, and execution while learning how global teams align and deliver.
  • Whether your passion lies in data, strategy, negotiation or analysis, this internship will empower you to grow, learn, and make a real impact in a global sportswear leader.
WHAT MAKES YOU A MATCH?
  • Enrolled in a full-time program in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with different departments and external partners.
  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • You bring a positive attitude and a passion for sport, culture, or lifestyle.

ELIGIBILITY
  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship .
  • Candidates in last year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate).
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 2026 - July 2026.
  • Ability to relocate to Milan in Italy for the full duration of the internship.
