Since 1986 Pininfarina expanded its consolidated design expertise outside the automotive sector – its core business – establishing its own direction and a clear identity also in the areas of Architecture and Interiors, Product and Transportation Design.
With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:STRATEGY & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGERRESPONSABILITIES:
  • Define strategic global long-term vision in alignment with stakeholders’ interest.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic plans by defining execution plans with detail of milestones, owners, etc.
  • Scout relevant market and geographic opportunities (both organic and inorganic) to contribute to corporate development
  • Develop long term strategic and economic business goals and objectives.
  • Perform critical internal analysis to foster company development.
  • Lead special projects, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures, to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and establish plans for success.
  • Prepare and present strategic reports to the executive team, board and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master’s degree in economics (finance and administration) / engineering management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), as a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in multinational companies and/or strategy consulting firms
SKILLS:
  • Strong skills in analyzing and synthesizing financial data, with precision and attention to detail
  • Capability to define priorities, project management, flexibility, stress and conflict management
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages as a plus
