- Electronics: develops the market related to high purity gases for the semiconductor industry.Through innovative technologies and services, Air Liquide Italy offers high value-added solutions that improve both industrial performances and environmental impact.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?As a Project Engineer within our Capital Projects Team (CPT), you will be responsible for technical and engineering coordination on our projects, acting as a bridge between the design, construction, and operations phases. You will also ensure that each project meets our rigorous standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Technical Leadership: Act as the primary coordinator for all engineering activities, ensuring technical documentation aligns with project milestones.Proposal & Design: Define the "Basis of Design" for greenfield and brownfield projects, including equipment selection and facility integration.Contractor Management: Draft Technical Services Requisitions, perform bid evaluations (TBE), and manage external engineering firms and consultants.Project Governance: Support the Project Manager in resource planning and oversee document management and permitting procedures.Site Support: Provide engineering oversight during construction, validating field deviations and ensuring compliance with IMS and safety regulations.Why Join Our Team?At Air Liquide, we pride ourselves on our multicultural heritage and thanks to our presence in multiple countries, you'll have the unique opportunity to interact with international colleagues and lead large-scale projects in a company that prioritizes safety, innovation and professional growth.#LI-BC1Are you a MATCH?Education: Degree in engineering (process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial process engineer).Experience: 5+ years in project engineering/management for industrial plants.Technical Skills: Knowledge of industrial gas processes, risk analysis (HAZOP/FMEA), and international codes (PED, ASME, API).Skills: Strong negotiation/interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, results-oriented, team-coordination.Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is required; French or Spanish is a plus.Mobility: Ready for national and international travel as required by project needs.Our Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
