- Project Management & Leadership: Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban), mentoring team members, overseeing consultants and industrial partners' teams
- System Verification & Validation: Skilled in integration testing, using simulation tools, and developing comprehensive test plans
- Proficiency in common development languages (Python, Java) for backend development, including data processing, API integration, and system automation
- Skilled in System Engineering & model-based systems engineering (MBSE), requirement management, and high-quality, maintainable software architecture
- Experience working with Docker for containerized applications and services
- Good knowledge og Linux Operating Systems (e.g. RedHat) , Linux shell scripting
- Experience in working in international and multidisciplinary teams, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Problem solving & Collaborative spirit: Ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams ensuring resource optimization and knowledge sharing
- Expert-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken). French language skill is a plus asset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field
- CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD
- Kubernetes & Container Orchestration - Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) for deploying and managing scalable applications
- Scripting & Automation - Experience with Bash, Python, or Go for automating workflows and system tasks
- Experience in delivering presentations, demos, and technical talks to stakeholders, clients, or internal teams
