- Collect feedback from customers, sales teams, customer care, partners, and other internal stakeholders
- Organize and classify feedback in dedicated repositories, databases, or tools, including Salesforce
- Maintain and update the feedback backlog, categorizing inputs by theme, product area, customer type, priority, and frequency
- Support the Product Manager in identifying recurring trends, emerging needs, and key pain points from the market
- Prepare periodic summaries of collected feedback, highlighting patterns, urgent topics, and opportunities
- Support the preparation and execution of customer interviews, surveys, and other insight-gathering activities
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent and continuous flow of market feedback
- Extract and consolidate relevant customer and market information from Salesforce and other internal systems
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards to support product reviews
- Ensure quality, consistency, and traceability of collected information
- Support the manager in translating feedback into useful input for backlog refinement, discovery activities, and prioritization discussions
- Support product manuals definition, datasheets, technical presentations, other product-related literature.
- Support product launch activities in collaboration with relevant departments, including the definition of the product messaging and selling points
- Good experience in the Audio/Visual industry.
- 2–4 years of experience in roles supporting Product Management, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Product Operations, Market Intelligence, or similar areas
- Strong ability to organize information coming from multiple sources
- Experience in collecting, summarizing, and classifying customer feedback
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prepare clear, structured, and useful reports to support managerial decision-making
- Good interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Hands-on, structured, and execution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, ticketing tools, survey platforms, spreadsheets, or feedback management tools
- Basic to solid understanding of the professional audio industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and product/application contexts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to make technical and non-technical presentations to all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
