- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges. Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Perform gap analysis and suggest solutions; Monitoring all KPI reports for specialty support including but not limited to prior authorization and appeal efforts to ensure defined team and department goals are being met
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals; Support release and project during the go-live activities and also after go-live.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide updates on project status, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis and technology.
- Knowledge of the administrative/financial area in the clinical healthcare field
- Billing Process Management: Manage the end-to-end billing process, including preparing and issuing invoices, statements, and credit memos in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
- Invoice Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, including pricing, quantities, discounts, and taxes. Review contracts, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation to verify billing details.
- Billing Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner. Communicate with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to address billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collections Management: Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices. Collaborate with the collections team to identify delinquent accounts and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue payments.

- Compliance with regulatory requirements related to billing.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the billing module.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the billing module with overall business objectives and processes.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is preferred.
- SQL skills;
- Professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English;
- Other languages will be positively evaluated
- Available for short-term travel within both national and international territories
