It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.Saipem's Corporate function is looking for an Environmental Coordinator or equivalent profile to be included in the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality function to support the operational business lines in the following areas:
  • Industrialized plastic recycling, hydrogen production and CO2 capture plants, operating mainly in an Italian or European context;
  • Underwater drones and robotics;
  • Offshore wind farms. Activity The Resource will support the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Function in the following activities:
  • Support for project activities and permanent offices within the scope of the reference business lines, in particular in relation to the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard and applicable environmental legislation;
  • Carrying out internal audits in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 and support during legislative compliance audits;
  • Support for the planning, implementation and reporting of energy efficiency activities and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere;
  • Support for internal environmental reporting activities and the achievement of environmental objectives within the business line. Requirements
  • Environmental Engineer or similar profile, with 5 or more years of experience gained in the field of large projects in Italy and abroad, or in consultancy firms on environmental issues;
  • Proven knowledge of Italian environmental legislation, particularly in the area of ​​waste, water waste management and management of excavated earth and rocks;
  • Proven knowledge in terms of applicable environmental permits and environmental authorizations, with focus on Italian legislation; • Proven knowledge of the ISO 14001:2015 standard;
  • Proven knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2 required); • Proven knowledge of the Office Package;
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the European Taxonomy is preferred;
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships - MARPOL 73/78 is preferred;
  • Auditor qualification, internal or third party, in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 is preferable;
  • Knowledge of the methodologies for calculating greenhouse gas emissions and the reference standards (e.g. GHG Protocol, ISO 14064) is preferable;
  • Knowledge of data processing tools (e.g. PowerBi) is preferable.
