Here we bring together talented and creative people working towards the same goal - innovating for a smarter, safer world!WHAT WILL YOU DO AS ACCOUNT MANAGER?The Key Account Manager Digital Transformation (KAM DT) will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and offering tailored digital solutions to enhance their operations and accelerate their growth outside of traditional security.The main focus is on finding, developing, growing and nurturing new and existing System Integrators partners as well as Technical Partners to be able to grow Axis business within the Digital Transformation space, with emphasis on business intelligence, operational efficiency and safety. Also identifying and approaching key end customers will be a part of the role’s KPIs. The position has a large portion of business development where this person will take on a customer challenge and convert it into a technical solution, addressing Axis total portfolio.Your main activities will include:
- Work with new and existing partners to understand their current business processes, challenges, and goals
- Help the partner/end customer understand how digital tools can transform their operations and help provide guidance on digital strategy and roadmap development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead demos, webinars, or workshops to showcase the technology, explaining its features and benefits in practical terms, helping partners visualize its impact
- Establish pricing, terms, and conditions once a solution is identified, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized digital transformation strategies for clients
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated team player with high ambitions and an ability to take initiatives. We see that you have a strong technical background and experience from working with indirect sales and digital transformation, preferably the IT or security industry. You are pro-active in your work and have ability to manage time and prioritize. The position will require a strong blend of market understanding, technical skills, commercial acumen and curiosity. Lastly, we look for a true Axis ambassador who will represent the company values!Apart from this, we would like you to see if you have/are:
- Degree in Business Administration/Engineering
- 5+ years in the role of B2B sales
- Experience with selling technology solutions (digital transformation, cloud or software)
- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motived and results driven
- Strong team-building skills
- Ability to consult and convey clients and understand their needs
- Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market will be an advantage
- Fluency in Italian
- Good understanding in English
