Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBWe are looking for a role of Production Manager who will join our Barberini Plant based in Pescara.As a Production Manager you will be responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes.The Production Manager has the objective of guaranteeing the production volumes, respecting the quality, service and cost performances requested by top management and complying with obligations in terms of safety and the environment.AREAS OF RESPONSIILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
  • guarantee the production output envisaged by the industrial plans, in quantity and mix
  • ensure the organization of work, the implementation of improvement plans, the installation of automation and/or machinery and/or systems, the application of maintenance plans
  • training and development of the skills of your team (Evaluation of collaborators' performance and management of feedback with a view to development and continuous improvement)
  • promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements in terms of Safety and the Environment
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Previous technical experience in process, manufacturing and automation Engineer is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Good relationship skills
