- Managing all owned and leased properties space planning activities including establishing requirements, identification, acquisition or termination, and project management of relocation services.
- Conducting site inspections to assess and document physical conditions of owned and leased properties to determine the need and extent of service(s) and equipment required.
- Construction project management of facility additions, relocations & renovations, effectively managing development, planning and execution of scope, quality, schedules, and cost.
- Providing reliable availability and preventive maintenance of facility mechanical systems, power systems, building automation control systems, life/safety systems.
- Space management services include monitoring existing available space, forecasted space needs, office space planning, and manage relocation activities.
- Environmental & other regulatory permitting, reporting, & records for required for facility operation, in compliance to local, state, and federal codes and requirements.
- Developing and managing annual operating expense and capital budgets, monthly variance reporting and forecasting, and project cost control.
- Assisting with new lease or termination negotiations, performing lease administration, tenant improvements, coordination, and construction.
- Managing contracted services for owned and leased properties, developing bid requirements, monitoring performance, invoicing, and quality of work.
- Promoting identification implementation, and management of Green and Sustainability measures on a cost-effective basis.
- Establishing and achieving Departmental Key Performance Indicators in support of corporate guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in facilities project management.
- Facilities Management (IFMA) certification & Boiler Operator/Engineer License (not mandatory but would be beneficial).
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven expertise in both Facility Management & Property Management with strong planning, budget, expense, and lease management.
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Communicate in clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
- Flexible with time and work schedule for a 24/7/365 facilities emergency service and continuity responsibility.
- Willingness to travel internationally for up to 70% of the time.
