Your role will involve providing daily technical support, both on-site and remotely to other company locations across Europe, the US, and Asia. Your responsibilities will include enhancing technical knowledge and specialized skills to support, build, implement, and improve technology solutions.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of IT Engineer, following an initial training phase, you will:
- Act as the primary local point of contact for IT requests, taking ownership of incidents and ensuring their resolution, either independently or in collaboration with internal IT colleagues and/or external vendors.
- Monitor local infrastructure, including endpoints, and apply standard procedures to resolve common issues.
- Develop, assess, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures and user documentation.
- Manage Networking and Infrastructure projects that may encompass multiple locations.
- Uphold the secure operation of corporate systems in line with established security policies.
- Engage in continuous learning of new technologies and contribute to the skill development of your colleagues.
- 2+ years of experience in IT systems or a relevant field.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical aptitude, along with superior written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in real-world problem-solving; a critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic about working with a multinational team in a growing business.
- Solid understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and eagerness to learn new technologies and skills.
- 2+ Years of experience in Microsoft Clients, Servers, and Applications Administration, including Active Directory.
- 2+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, retirement.
- 2+ years of familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
