The Technical & Engineering division of Randstad Professionals, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, on behalf of a client company in Treviso, sportswear sector, is looking for a:PRODUCT GRAPHIC DESIGNERThe person will ensure that all artwork meets the standard of the creative goal and is ready for print or digital execution.The Production Graphic plays a crucial role in the finalization and preparation of graphics for production. (S)he is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and technical specifications of designs before they go into final production. This position collaborates closely with the development and account team department to ensure seamless execution for our clients.The Production Graphic will need to be obsessive about the details and use their knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite to work quickly to bring established design direction and assets to life. (S)he will collaborate with the development team, clients, and printing vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects.Main Responsibilities:Prepare final production-ready art for both print and digital;Responsible for managing color proof and mock-up for internal or client review through our digital proofing system;Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any issues that arise during production;Follow a production timeline to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time;Check work for accuracy;Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards;Review proofs and pre-production samples for accuracy against final files;Maintain an organized archive of final files;Ensure accurate layout and electronic files according to specifications.Qualifications:Qualification in graphic design or a related field;Previous experience in print production for apparel with an understanding of the digital production process and formats;Required computer and/or technical skills;Excellent time and project management;Very organized, creative, efficient, flexible, and able to work well within a team;Understanding of 4-color process printing, spot color printing, and printing techniques;Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop;Good oral and written communication skills;Fluent in English;Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.We want to meet dynamic, innovative people with strong problem solving skills, aptitude for teamwork and target orientation.Type of contract: Permanent contract.Location of the company: Treviso province.In accordance with current regulations, the job offer is intended for both genders (L. 903/77).
