- Manage entire payroll process for Bridgestone TCE
- Ensure validation of payroll results and post payroll sub processes (Social Security, Social Founds, Trade Unions deductions)
- Manage payroll bank transfers and transfers to other legal entities (taxes, social security premiums etc) as well as legal reports (Social Security, Tax Office, Statistics Office etc)
- Manage payments of third parties (pension funds, trade unions, foreclosures etc)
- Manage relations with service providers and internal customers
- Support to prepare budget (LC and HC) according to the timetable and provides to business required information and calculations
- Support in preparation and implementation of internal Comp&Ben regulations and Annual Salary Review process. Provide Comp&Ben data on request
- Provide data for periodical salary revisions, based on internal analysis, market trends and business needs
- Project management activities, standardization and optmization of the HR Ops processes in TCE
- High time & attendance management skills
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources related field
- Minimum of seven/ten-year experience in Payroll role, ability to manage different managements within payroll, such as detached employees
- Previous experience in a multinational organization
- Courage to challenge the status quo, to improve things and lead the change
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels and all functions in the organization
- Positive approach, leadership capability to align organization towards the common goals transmitting passion for growth, quality and safety
- Stable and committed. Ideally someone that can have a medium-long term commitment with the position
- Strong mathematical Abilities and attention to detail
- Proven experience as payroll specialist, very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
