- You should be target driven to achieve product listings and revenue in given category
- Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Be able to promote and provide brand emersion training
- Plan effectively visit cycles that consider demographics and opportunity
- Visit retail stores to provide and action
- Solve customer queries. Assess customer needs & implement individual consultation to adapt on their demands
- Merchandising to agreed brand guidelines, maintain and develop the presence of the different CYBEX product ranges (CYBEX Platinum - Gold - Silver) among our resellers
- Install company Point of Sale (POS) and maintain high level of cleanliness for all company products and POS
- Report back to headquarters, competitive activity in terms of product launches and brand activations
- Record data from visits
- Using Company Sales numbers to target areas of focus and attention. Share success stories
- Successfully graduated, preferably with Sales specialization or similar background
- Ambitious with energy to drive the brand
- Have a good understanding of premium markets and/or luxury retail businesses and how to promote & sell products
- Experience in sales field and high sense of initiative
- Ability to plan journey cycles efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication & negotiation skills, attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Abilities to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Down to earth and hands-on, Dynamic and enthusiastic
- Willingness to travel frequently around the given area
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Independent way of working
- Ability to cope pressure and meet the needs of a demanding changing/growing international business
- Full clean driving license
