KWS Vegetables is looking for a Trial Development Specialist - Tomato and Pepper (m/f/d). This is a full-time and permanent position, based in Ragusa, Italy. Main Duties: -Set up product performance trials to assess the added value of new varieties. -Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data from trials. -Support the Product Manager and the Research Department by establishing experimental trials and proposing product life cycle (PLC) advancements. Key Responsibilities: -Manage and conduct field trials for tomato and pepper in Sicily. -Design, execute, collect data, analyze, and report trial plans using tools such as Mercado. -Collaborate with the Customer Team for tomato and pepper. -Provide detailed product information and cultivation advice. -Design and improve trial protocols to ensure the quality of plans, data, and completeness. -Prepare for meetings and successful product launches. -Collaborate with Account Managers, Technical Sales Representatives, and Agents.
