
Foreign Accounting Specialist

- Coordinate and monitor monthly accounting data from foreign branches and subsidiaries
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection, validation and reconciliation, in line with Group deadlines
- Support the monthly/quarterly closings by uploading data, preparing journals, reconciliation and reporting
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks where needed, especially during the initial phase of the transition
- Collaborate actively with Group Consolidation, Controlling and Tax functions
- Maintain frequent interaction with local finance teams and external consultants
- Contribute to the harmonization, efficiency and compliance of accounting processes across geographies
- Carry out data entry and reconciliation activities where needed to support foreign hubs or cover temporary local gaps
- Travel occasionally abroad for alignment with local teams, onboarding, or support during key closings or projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, or, alternatively, other educational backgrounds may be considered if supported by experience in structured or international companies
- More than 5 years in accounting roles, preferably in multinational or international settings
- Understanding of Local GAAP and IFRS
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Availability to travel
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tagetik, etc.) as a plus.
