- Complete management (enter, update, cancellation, look up, return, exchange) of any orders supporting customers in any step of the journey;
- Provide precise and accurate information regarding products and collections with the final aim of converting calls/e-mails/chats into final sales;
- Supporting the organization of sales meeting to guarantee the achievement of sales' target with assistance during the product presentation;
- Reporting & Analysis.
- University degree in Communication, Foreign Languages or related field;
- Previous experience in a similar role of 5 years;
- Good MS Office Knowledge;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
- Interest for the motorsports industry complete the profile.
