Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more.OpportunityWe are looking for a Buyer to join our Procurement Team.Your responsibilities will be:
  • Order Management: Handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Contract Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best purchasing conditions.
  • Cost Analysis: Assess material and supplier costs to guarantee the best value for the company.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare purchasing activity reports and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field
  • At least 1-2 year of experience as a Buyer
  • Strong negotiation skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Italian and English
Nice to have:
  • Previous experience in B2B Company
  • Experience in purchasing accessories, fastners and/or finished machines
