- Develop retail content strategies aligned with clients’ brand positioning, maximizing visibility, conversion, and performance across major marketplaces.
- Lead audits and analysis of brand and competitor properties to identify strategic optimization opportunities.
- Analyze content performance KPIs (CTR, organic ranking, SoV, etc.) and define data-driven actions.
- Monitor industry trends and global competitor activity to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Innovate processes and workflows, testing and implementing AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Coordinate an internal team of content specialists and a network of multilingual freelance collaborators (copywriters, designers…), ensuring quality, consistency, and deadlines are met.
- Manage allocation of internal and external resources, monitor operational workflows, and ensure budget compliance.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, serving as a reference point for strategy and execution of digital content.
- Manage international content campaigns, coordinating global teams to maintain message consistency and cultural adaptation across local markets.
- You have minimum of 4–5 years of experience in roles related to content creation for the Amazon marketplace, including at least 2 years in a coordination role
- You have direct experience managing international clients, with a focus on cross-country projects
- You have strong analytical skills and solid command of content performance KPIs
- You are proficient in analysis and optimization tools, as well as Project Management software
- You are fluent in English (C1); knowledge of other European languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French) is considered a plus
- You have curiosity and openness to leveraging AI to innovate processes and enhance productivity
- You have excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
