- Own the commercial performance of your team’s licensee portfolio and drive revenue growth through data insights, strategic planning and strong relationship management.
- Build trusted, long-standing relationships with senior stakeholders within assigned licensees.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — Product, BI, Compliance, Operations and others — to resolve issues, drive improvements and ensure smooth delivery of Playtech solutions.
- Analyse licensee data using BI tools, identify trends, uncover growth opportunities and present clear insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the online gaming market, especially regarding Casino, Live Casino, Poker and Bingo, and stay updated on competitor landscape and content trends.
- Identify commercial opportunities, propose upsell initiatives and proactively drive adoption of Playtech products and services.
- Lead process improvements within the team and wider business, taking ownership of cross-functional projects when needed.
- Oversee travel & expense approvals, holiday planning and other operational responsibilities.
- Ensure internal strategies set by the Senior Commercial Director are clearly communicated and effectively executed by your team.
- Bring solid experience in B2B Account Management within the Online Gaming industry.
- Have previous experience managing at least one resource.
- Are highly motivated by commercial results and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Communicate exceptionally well and can adapt your style to different personalities — both internally and externally.
- Are analytical, structured and comfortable working with BI tools, identifying insights and presenting them confidently.
- Have strong knowledge of the online gaming space, including products, trends, and the competitor landscape.
- Are organised, able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities rooted in collaboration, motivation and a genuine passion for people’s growth.
- Are fluent in Italian and English at business level.
- Knowledge of the Italian market or experience working with Italian licensees.
- Additional language skills — especially German, French.
- Experience with IMS or other online gaming platform back offices.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, particularly in presenting performance results and industry insights.
