For us each person is a unique heritage of skills and professionalism.What will you do:You will be responsible for the economic management of various Vigel Group entities, ensuring that all information is reported in a timely and accurate manner and complies with all legal requirements.You will work on behalf of the Vigel Group to support and monitor all administrative and financial data and processes of foreign legal entities.You will report hierarchically to the Group CFO and perform the following tasks:
  • Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet. You will consider expected future cash flows following various techniques such as net present value or profitability ratio calculation.
  • Monitoring of economic and financial KPIs (EBIT, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, PBP)
  • Supporting the organization in decision making and achieving long-term goals by providing insight into future costs and growth.
  • Analysis of investment costs for projects, taking into account other related expenses such as research and development costs, operatin costs, etc.
  • Support for local accounting operations.
  • Cost management (direct and indirect);
  • Support local finance team in preparing budget, forecasts and business plan.
  • Ensure budget compliance by anticipating potential risks and opportunities.
  • Monthly reporting on business performance (e.g., IS, FCF), including detailed analysis of margin, overhead, and investment performance
What do you need:
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must have a fundamental understanding of accounting and financial principles.
  • Must be able to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities successfully and simultaneously.
  • More than 5 years combined experience in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail orientation and great organization.
  • Time management skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
