Together we shape the future of real estate.Job DescriptionWhat You will be Doing:Provide support to the Senior Fund Manager in:
Preparing the Fund's Business Plan and periodic updates, also through the drafting of sensitivities scenarios;
Preparing the necessary documents for committees, deliberative bodies and investors;
Evaluating new investment opportunities;
Relations with Asset and Valuation functions.
QualificationsWhat You Bring:
Excellent academic career path in financial economic disciplines, Master RE is a plus;
Nice to have previous experience in real estate sector in fund/investment/transaction divisions (e.g. asset management company, consulting);
Knowledge in financial modelling;
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
