We are seeking talented professionals to join IDIADA's resident engineering team in one of our clients in Bologna, to be integrated into the Homologation Team for a world-leading vehicle manufacturer.
We are looking for a Homologation Engineer to join our team and support global compliance and homologation activities. This position plays a key role in managing regulatory data, software approval workflows, and preparing homologation packages across international markets.Key Responsibilities:

Support homologation processes, including software approval cycles and compliance tracking activities
Monitor and maintain regulatory databases and component certification records
Prepare homologation packages and technical compliance documentation for vehicles
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and associated tracking tools
Participate in meetings and deliver clear, structured reporting on homologation progress and compliance status.

Qualifications

Experience in homologation tasks and processes
Knowledge of EU and UNECE regulations for Whole Vehicle Type Approval
Familiarity with homologation tools and systems
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Fluent in Italian and English language

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Vehicle Engineering, or related fields
Previous experience in automotive homologation or compliance, will be considered a plus.
