Coesia operates in 34 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2023.About the RoleThe Digital Communication Professional contributes to the development and implementation of Coesia Digital Communications activities, ensuring alignment of all online and offline communications to corporate visual identity and tone-of-voice guidelines. Interacting directly with internal and external stakeholders, main activities include continuous improvement of online performanceKey Responsibilities:
- Define the social media strategy based on Companies’ objectives, create and implement the editorial plan for the companies, manage the social channels
- Define the advertising strategy (Linkedin and Google ADS) on social media channels within the external agencies and according to the companies’ objectives
- Create briefs for the new contents, DEMs and advertising tools
- Monitor performance of online activities and adjust accordingly to secure communications objectives are met.
- Liaise within the marketing & communications department and external agencies to develop and constantly improve dashboards and KPIs for performance monitoring.
- Support other business divisions with expertise and on demand requests within the same scope of competence in digital communications
- Ensure digital communication activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, SEO, and online advertising.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and effective digital content.
