Company: MarshDescription:PUBLIC TENDER SPECIALISTWe’re looking for a brilliant candidate to join our Marsh Italy Public Tender Team based on Milan office as Public Tender Specialist.Our Public Tender Team is responsible for managing and participating in tenders for the awarding of insurance contracts by public entities.The candidate will be introduced in our Organization for an inspiring opportunity, which will enable a professional growth within a fast growing and dynamic team.What can you expect?
  • Manage public tender procedures to avoid error and omission;
  • Have a great ability to get involved and to find out the best strategy to be able to participate to a tender;
  • Work with a variety of internal resources and tools to research, obtain and integrate specific information about operating company into proposals and presentations;
  • Participate in strategy discussion of operating company differentiators for specific opportunities;
  • Create templates for joint venture, subcontract and availment contracts following predefined formatting standards;
  • Manage the preparation of the whole documentation, from the administrative point of view to the technical and economic ones as well as all measures to conduct the tender.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Law or Economics or similar;
  • At least a 3/5 years of professional experience in the role in insurance and risk sector players;
  • Knowledge of the Government and tender based procurement business;
  • Analytical skills to define potential critical issues on tenders;
  • Relationship skills to collect the necessary documentation from colleagues;
  • Time management skills.
