- Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
- Current license to practice law in Italy.
- Up to 3 years of proven experience with transactional work in the renewable energy sector, gained in a comparable law firm (M&A, project development, construction and maintenance contracts, power purchase agreement).
- High level of English (Certificate C1). Experience abroad and other foreign languages are a plus.
- High motivation for exercising the legal profession.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Global mindset and team player attitude.

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT tools.
