  • Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
  • Current license to practice law in Italy.
  • Up to 3 years of proven experience with transactional work in the renewable energy sector, gained in a comparable law firm (M&A, project development, construction and maintenance contracts, power purchase agreement).
  • High level of English (Certificate C1). Experience abroad and other foreign languages are a plus.
  • High motivation for exercising the legal profession.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Global mindset and team player attitude.
  • You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT tools.
