Conoscenza approfondita di architetture dati e servizi AWS
Capacitร di gestire il ciclo di vita del dato nella sua interezza
Leadership tecnica: saper guidare un team senza smettere di scrivere codice

Design and build end-to-end data pipelines: from raw data ingestion through to analytics and machine learning
Define and implement Big Data architectures on AWS
Develop advanced AI and analytics use cases
Lead and mentor a team of 3 junior Data / ML Engineers, actively contributing to their technical growth
Deep knowledge of data architectures and AWS services
Ability to own the full data lifecycle
Technical leadership: someone who can guide a team without stepping away from the code
