- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication abilities
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in relevant fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage
