- Trained to be a brand champion to execute the brand & category strategy towards the HCP’s.
- Understand and work to the way Haleon delivers to the HCP’s and KEE’s using the framework, training and tools delivered by expert marketing.
- Execute the territory plan using segmentation and targeting principles and report it daily into the CRM system and monitors results in terms of sell out.
- Delivery of persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendation of Haleon-brands through science-based face-to-face calls, workshop with HCPs, local event (i.e. Lunch&Learn, Hospital meetings, congresses ect..).
- Deliver new product development launch campaigns through science-based face-to-face calls, workshop with HCP, local event (i.e. Lunch&Learn, HM, congresses, etc..).
- Engage and mange KEEs and HCP associations / scientific societies.
- Support and attend local, national conferences (related to the area of interest) and deliver educational/training interventions where appropriate.
- Organize and manage Dental School to train and engage future Dental HCPs.
- Guarantee compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer facing roles: adverse events, write right, EFPIA rules, scientific engagement, sample management.
- Share best practice: facilitation of knowledge and experience to peers in order to transfer knowledge.
- Medicine and surgery, biological sciences, Chemistry with organic or biological stream, Pharmacy.
- Previous relevant experience in the role.
- Strong communications and presentations skills.
- Able to work independently and with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Ability to develop professional, empathetic working relationships with HCPs. KEEs, associations and colleagues.
- Good analytical skills.
- Team player Has affinity with the Dental environment.
- Consolidated previous experience in the Gynecological therapeutic.
- Strong communications skills.
- Good knowledge of hardware (i-pad) and software systems (MS Office- CRM).
