Fratelli wants to recruit an IT Systems and Integration Manager, within the Group Digital & Business Technology Department based in Parma. The individual will report to the Systems & Integration Senior Manager.Job Purpose
  • Lead the assigned Systems technical projects, required by Systems Infrastructure transformation and evolution or technical streams of IT business projects, as a focal point between all the IT teams, in alignment with the IT strategy and the assigned projects budget
  • Contribute to the definition of Systems Governance Guidelines and ensure the relative compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect to develop the systems architecture and with infrastructure teams to proactively manage the systems activities.
Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the assigned systems infrastructure and SAP technical projects, managing all the projects steps.
  • Lead the assigned technical streams of IT business project, collaborating and challenging the IT teams, to reach optimal balance between projects needs and systems architectures, guidelines, and costs sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architects to keep updated the systems architectures and governance; check the projects needs to ensure their compliance with the defined architectural and systems guidelines.
  • Manage the outsourcers network of the Systems and Integration team to maintain the defined SLA, in line with the defined strategy.
  • Keep up to date the IT infrastructure solutions through the scouting of IT markets in search of innovative technologies, vendors and IT infrastructures models to adopt.
  • Coordinate and plan the projects technical and system integration tasks within the technical support services, so that the task execution meets the projects plans, technical support procedures and architectural and integration guidelines.
  • Support the evolution of the IT infrastructural architecture and solutions, through the monitoring of the market and industry trends, the identification and analysis of innovations in technology, vendors and IT infrastructure models, and the proposal of initiatives and innovations to be implemented
Qualifications
  • + 4 year of experience in the ICT Project Management gained in complex contexts (as an employee or as a consultant)
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information / Telecommunication Engineering, Data Science or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge of ICT infrastructures and systems and related processes
  • SAP Basis knowledge
  • Knowledge of Cloud solutions and Architecture, especially SAP and Azure

  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to achieve the goals
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Ability to identify unconventional / innovative solutions
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Availability to business trips (Italy and abroad)
  • Italian work permit
