Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.The candidate will join the Global Wholesale team, located in Milan.We are seeking a Partnership Project Manager to lead and manage strategic initiatives with our wholesale partners. This role will act as the central liaison between internal teams (Area Manager, Brand, Store planning, Supply Chain, finance and Merchandise) and our wholesale partners, ensuring seamless execution of projects, joint initiatives, and long-term growth plans.The Partnership Project Manager plays a key role in strengthening partner relationships, launching new channels or products, and ensuring alignment between partner and company objectives.Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Execution and Monitoring: coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Support negotiations and renewals of partnership agreements
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for key partner accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to wholesale expansion, product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.
  • Track progress and manage risks or delays to ensure timely and successful execution. (SWOT Analysis)
  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop go-to-market plans and performance targets.
  • Analyze and create reports of wholesale channel performance to identify opportunities for growth or efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, legal).
  • Ensure wholesale operations align with company standards, compliance, and brand guidelines.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, project management, account management, or wholesale operations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of wholesale distribution models, retail partnerships, or B2B sales environments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite like Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
