- Project Planning and Management: develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management
- Execution and Monitoring: coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Support negotiations and renewals of partnership agreements
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for key partner accounts.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to wholesale expansion, product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.
- Track progress and manage risks or delays to ensure timely and successful execution. (SWOT Analysis)
- Collaborate with partners to co-develop go-to-market plans and performance targets.
- Analyze and create reports of wholesale channel performance to identify opportunities for growth or efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, legal).
- Ensure wholesale operations align with company standards, compliance, and brand guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, project management, account management, or wholesale operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of wholesale distribution models, retail partnerships, or B2B sales environments.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite like Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
