- Proven experience in outbound sales – With 1-2 years of successfully contacting and engaging Enterprise customers.
- Strong commercial attitude and communication skills – With exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities to engage executives.
- Experience with CRM systems – Including knowledge of outbound tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Sales Navigator.
- High motivation and adaptability – With excitement for taking on new challenges in a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Fluent in Italian and English, highly organized, and able to work independently and in a team.
