RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Process Improvement Engineer to join its office in Genova within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.MissionWe are seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to support our clients in analysing, optimising, and redesigning business and engineering processes. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering cross-functional efficiency within complex organisations. The ideal candidate has a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.Key AccountabilitiesAnalyse existing business and technical processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesDesign optimised workflows and support their implementation across organisational functionsReview and update technical and operational procedures to improve clarity, traceability, and alignment with standardsAssist in the qualification, segmentation, and performance monitoring of suppliersSupport the execution of second-party audits to assess compliance with contractual and regulatory requirementsContribute to the design and delivery of training sessions to build process awareness and ownership across teamsEducationMaster's Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringQualificationsMaster's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldExperience in process mapping and workflow optimisation within industrial or service environmentsProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and ability to interpret operational metricsStrong technical writing skills for the development of procedures and documentationAbility to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersProblem-solving attitude with strong communication and organisational skills.Competencies
